1. Prof. Dr. Valentina Emilia Balas (Romania)

Valentina E. Balas is currently Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania.
She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is author of more than 270 research papers in refereed journals and International Conferences. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. She is the Editor-in Chief to International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and to International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE), member in Editorial Board member of several national and international journals and is evaluator expert for national, international projects and PhD Thesis. Dr. Balas is the director of Intelligent Systems Research Centre in Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad and Director of the Department of International Relations, Programs and Projects in the same university.
She served as General Chair of the International Workshop Soft Computing and Applications (SOFA) in eight editions 2005-2018 held in Romania and Hungary.
Dr. Balas participated in many international conferences as Organizer, Honorary Chair, Session Chair and member in Steering, Advisory or International Program Committees.
She is a member of EUSFLAT, SIAM and a Senior Member IEEE, member in TC – Fuzzy Systems (IEEE CIS), member in TC – Emergent Technologies (IEEE CIS), member in TC – Soft Computing (IEEE SMCS). Dr. Balas was past Vice-president (Awards) of IFSA International Fuzzy Systems Association Council (2013-2015) and is a Joint Secretary of the Governing Council of Forum for Interdisciplinary Mathematics (FIM)

2. Prof. Dr. Sheeta M Sheeta (Egypt)

Dr. Sheta is working as Associate professor of Inorganic chemistry in National Research Centre , Egypt. He has invented a detector to detect COVID rapidly in blood stream, nasal and throat swabs. He has designed biosensors for liver kidney and cardiac biomarkers. Besides he designed a chemo-sensor for drug abuse in pharmaceutical formulations. He also has performed various studies related to biological, anti-bactaria and anti-fungal investigations. Dr. M. Sheta has completed his PhD for Ain Shams university in 2015 in inorganic chemistry. He has been part of various research project at NRC, Giza, Egypt. He is also a distinguished member of PJest. He has various parents against his name also

3. Dr. Qasim Abbas Sandhu (China)

Dr. Qasim Abbas is a diligent and renowned scholar. His research interests are wide bang gap semiconductors, thin films, coatings, nanomaterials, and energy storage devices. During his PhD, he worked on wide band gap semiconductors, i.e., GaN, InGaN, BN. Particularly focusing on BN, his PhD research developed the MIS structure and RRAM fabrication. Previously, he used to work as Assistant Professor at Department of Intelligent Manufacturing, Yibin University, Sichuan China; his main duties there were teaching electronics, semiconductor and related subjects along with research tasks. Meanwhile, his endeavors demonstrated the key factors improving the performance of supercapacitor using nanomaterials-based electrodes. He is currently working as Research & Development Engineer in Fujian Supertech Advanced Materials Company Limited, Fujian, China. He is currently working on thin films and metalizing polymer films, including but not limited to PET, BOPP, EHA, etc. He has published myriad publication in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals.

4. Dr. Muhammad Zubair (China)

Dr. M. Zubair Iqbal is a Professor at the Institute of Biomedical Materials, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, and a visiting Professor at the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology & Engineering (NIMTE), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He holds the title of Overseas High-Level Expert of Zhejiang Province and serves as Vice Director of the Zhejiang-Mauritius Joint Research Center for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering, as well as Vice President of the Materials Science Society of Pakistan. Dr. Zubair received his Ph.D. in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics from the University of Science and Technology Beijing and conducted postdoctoral research in Biochemistry at NIMTE, CAS in 2015, where he promoted as an Associate Research Professor. His research focuses on biocompatible nanomaterials for cancer diagnosis, drug delivery, and therapeutic applications. Dr. Zubair has made substantial contributions to advancing his field and published over 140 peer-reviewed articles in top-tier journals, holds multiple innovative patents, and possess a significant experience in translating research into industrial applications. He has led major projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Zhejiang Provincial Key R&D Programs, earning widespread recognition for his research. In recognition of his achievements in research, economic, and social development in Zhejiang Province, Dr. Zubair has been honored with the West Lake Friendship Award, the highest accolade for foreign experts in Zhejiang Province. He has also received the Best Teacher Award and Outstanding Contribution to Scientific Research Award at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. Dr. Zubair remains actively engaged in the academic community, having delivered more than 50 keynote speeches at national and international conferences.

Over the twenty years of teaching and research, Dr. Tahir Iqbal has been working as Associate Professor in Physics at University of Gujrat (UoG), Punjab, Pakistan. He significantly contributed to research in the field of Nanoscience and published 200+ research articles with an impact factor of 600+ in well reputed international research journals. His research was cited more than 4000 times by other researchers. He authored 16+ Books & book chapters published by well reputed publishers including Elsevier, Taylor & Francis etc. On the basis of his research contribution, he has been included in Top 2% of the most-cited scientists of the global list (year 2019 to 2023) compiled by the prestigious US-based Stanford University.

He was also awarded other international awards including ‘Outstanding Reviewer’ Award winner 2019 for Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics, best Poster at SPP6 conference in 2013 held at Ottawa, Canada, DEL/EPSRC scholarship from UK Government of worth more than 15 Million Pak rupees for his MS & PhD study at Queen’s University Belfast, United Kingdom.

As a Principal Investigator (PI)/Co-PI, he got research projects of more than 15 Millions from different funding organizations including HEC. He supervised 04 PhD and 50 MPhil students at UoG.
